APPLE FESTIVAL 2011
There was a lot of fun to be had at our Apple Festival 2011.
Check out the many ACTIVITIES that were available.
We had a variety of vendor booths including -
Arts & Crafts, Candles, Jewelry,
Sunglasses, Bumper Stickers and Decals,
Fleece Clothing, and more.
There was fun, food, goodies, and music
for everyone to enjoy...
so we hope to see you this Fall for

- Pumpkin Coloring Page Contest -
Kids Pre-School through age 14 had a chance to win a
CASH PRIZE by coloring the PUMPKIN PAGE below and submitting it, with name and age written on the back, for judging in our Red Barn.
Two cash prizes were awarded in each age group, and every child submitting a colored pumpkin page won something.
Age Groups: Pre-school; 6-9; 10-12; and 13-14

THE MAVERICK BAND
The Mavericks are a second generation band beginning with Troy and Wayne Tillett in l958. The torch was passed on to Bob Tillett in 1998. The muscians have changed over the years, but country western music remains their favorite. Featured in the photo L to R is Tommy McKay, Mark Huckaba, Mike King, and Bob Tillett--all well known in the Spokane and surrounding areas.
AFTER DARK BAND
The After Dark Band consists of a unique gathering of performers, led by Dick Baker who formed one of the first Rock 'n' Roll bands in the Spokane area in the 1950's. They play a variety of favorites in many styles - Country, Rock, Big Band, etc. - You name it and they'll probably be able to play it! Featured in the photo L to R is Joan on accordian, Warren on bass, Don on trumpet, Dick on drums, and Joe on steel and lead guitars.
JORDAN COLE
Jordan Cole is one of Spokane's own piece of musical royalty. The son of a multi-talented musician and song writer who was an original member of the Association, Jordan tours frequently with the Association and its founding members playng favorites like "Windy", "Cherish", and "Along Comes Mary". Jordan plays all types of music and is highly regarded in mimicry of both style and voice, sometimes being called on to perform difficult parts for radio and television commercials. You're sure to be amazed at what Jordan Cole has to offer - definately someone that shouldn't be missed!!!
Marion, Joan, & Wayne
Marion, Joan, & Wayne play all over Spokane and provide a variety of music from Country, Waltz, and Polka to all the old standards you've always loved to hear. You'll be amazed to hear what this trio can play.
